We offer free shipping to all customers in india except for cash on delivery orders .There is an Rs. 300/- charge order value upto INR 10,000.00 and Rs. 500/- Â for order value above INR 10,000.00 if the mode of payment is Cash on Delivery. International deliveries are chargeable depending on the region & freight.
Cash on Delivery
Services for paying in cash at the time of delivery are available in all states of India except few remote areas. As per state laws these states require certain permits and taxation, you can get in touch with our customer care team via customercare@eluxlove.com  or contact +91 9711960320 to avail assistance for the same. Please note, there will be no charges for shipping in India except for cash on delivery orders. International deliveries are chargeable depending on the region & freight.
International Buyers
Any import duties, taxes, and custom charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Delivery Times
Please note that all delivery times are estimates only, and we do not accept any liability for failure to deliver items within the stated delivery period. We promise domestic deliveries within 2-7 days from the date of dispatch. For deliveries outside of India the delivery time varies from region to region, however the average delivery time is between 3-10 days from the date of dispatch. We aim to dispatch all items within 48 hours Monday to Friday, our office hours for shipping are 11.00 am – 06.00 pm. We cannot be held responsible for any delayed items. Above mentioned delivery times may be impacted due to COVID-19 restriction in some areas.
Insurance
Items will be insured by us from prior to postage until it is delivered. Once you have confirmed receipt of delivery by means of a signature the responsibility of your purchased goods is then passed to you. If someone else signs for delivery of an item on your behalf (whether or not they have authority to do so), you shall be treated as having received the item.

Modes of Payment
- Cash on Delivery : We offer cash on delivery services in most cities nationwide. If you wish to avail special assistance or are travelling to Delhi NCR and Mumbai we will be happy to offer a pick up and drop off service. You can order cash on delivery as a payment option to access the product before making the payment. Incase you are not satisfied with the product you can return it to the carrier at no cost. You can contact our customer care executives on customercare@eluxlove.com for further assistance.
- Credit Card/ Debit Card : We accept all major cards VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We assure you that your card details will only be used to process secure transactions.
- Bank Transfer : You can get in touch with our Customer Care Executives to assist you in carrying out a Bank Transfer by sharing all required details.
- Card On Delivery : Customer can pay for there order through Credit / Debit Card at the time of delivery to our dispatch rider.
- Cheque : In case of a cheque payment, we will only release the item from our end once the cheque has been honored by the bank. This process might take up to 3-4 days. The cheque will be made in favor of Hamda Fashion Store (Eluxlove Luxury). You will be charged an extra fee of Rs 300 if the cheque gets picked up by our team.
